Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest of the children of the singer Dionne Warswick as well as gospel music legend Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew up in a family that was musical. As a child she was a singer in the New Hope Baptist Church Choir in Newark. When she reached the age of 15, Houston had sung professionally backing vocals with her mother for Chaka Khan's hit song in 1978 Im Every Woman. Her mother, Jermaine and Lou Rawls were a few of the performers she performed with. She was also briefly modeling for Seventeen Magazine in 1981. The high quality of her performance as the vocalist featured in New York funk group Material attracted the attention of several major record labels, including Arista who she was signed in 1982, and continued to work for the remainder of her life with them. Whitney Houston, her debut album, released in 1985 was the highest-selling album for an unproven singer. Many hit songs, including The Greatest Love of All, Saving My Love For You How Can I Tell You If That You Love Me as well as The greatest Love of All were released on the album. They set the stage for her to beat the Beatles with seven consecutive US numbers one. Album was sold out in US 3,000,000 copies before it went to 25,000,000 globally. The album gave her the first of her 6 Grammy Awards. Whitney 1987 Whitney 1987 release, with Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as popular songs, was a way to build on the successes she'd had. However, the 1992 movie The Bodyguard sealed her spot among the top-selling musicians in history. Though the movie was not highly appreciated and neither did her performance, the music of the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You hit the top spot on both the albums and singles charts in America for a period of time. It sold 44,000,000 copies. Her daughter Bobbi was born in March of 1993, the year following her wedding to Bobby Brown. At this point the drug use was well-documented and she began using daily in 1996.
Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchor and political reporter. In the past, she has been the producer of shows on the network, such as Evans & Novak' Late Editionand Inside Politics'. In terms of honours and awards Bash has been featured in Women in Washington Power List' by Elle magazine. She is known to have incredible anchoring/reporting abilities and she's highly regarded by younger journalists. She is also a loving father to her son despite being a graduate from George Washington University. The single woman had two marriages. Bash is an independent, strong woman. She loves her fans. She is an American journalist keeps her fans informed about her day-to-day activities through social media sites such as Instagram as well as Twitter.
