Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25, 1942) was an American actress, voice-over performer and writer. Through the more than five years of her career, she earned over 100 credits. Pleshette is a New York native who began her professional career as an actor on stage. She then gradually made the transition to screen. Some of her most prominent films include "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', 'Fate Is The Hunter' it's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium,' and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. Apart from her film roles, she has played various TV roles and television shows. Four times she was recognized as an Emmy Award nominee as well as Two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was awarded two nominations, and won an award, the Laurel Award, in 1963 for her film 'The Birds.' Pleshette was buried in the year 2008. She received the Star on her death at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
